Class Ending Soon
Well my salsa class is ending soon. With 1 more lesson to go, Me and my friend were still thinking if we should continue to intermediate class. I guess i will have to think about this more in depth this week.

Johor bahru trip
Was at JB last weekend accompanying my friend to do some shopping. Been quite a while since i been there. And this would be my first trip via public transport. Rather cheap one way is 80cents.















We started from holiday plaza to city square..two contrasting shopping more one built years ago and the other the latest mall.















Heres where we had dinner.. taiwanese porriadge just 4 mins walk away from holiday plaza.

Got myself this notebook.. a cheap deal at $1199..at the IT show. Considering my 4yr old IBM thinkpad can no longer charge the battery..














Caught this model at the Xbox preview event. Think shes a character in the game perfect dark zero.

Ray farewell potluck...
Ray will be leaving us for japan this week and well Dan decided to have a farewell party for this occassion. JC got some famous beehoon and fried chicken from chong pang .. while myself and jon got some fishhead curry and 50 of the famous yishun otah..(which i think its over kill with less then 10 pple attending the party)

So you think u can dance ?- 1st Salsa Practice night
Met up with nic and her group for salsa practice at union square lastnite. Being a first timer and only 2 lesson taught dancing at a salsa pub is rather intimidating. Everyone dancing at the floor are well very experienced dancers .. intemedate and above.

So i hid at the bar area and watch them do the twist and turns.. managed to practice alitte from nic , but seems my coordination on the change of direction need more practice. And not to mention the turns. Leading a dance is not a easy thing.

bump into joe ( my reservist friend in scout platoon) , turns out he is in the same intemediate class as nic . He intro his friend to partner with me for practice. On the way out we bump into our instructor from JJ. They are really passionate about salsa, its 11pm and yet they still wanna dance.

Later me nic and mf decided to go to check out this place "sandbar" at chinatown which also have a salsa night. But it turns out that tuesday is tango night. Ended up learning a little tango from an instructor there. haha.. Dance movement isn't as complex as that of salsa.. but appearance can be deceiving . I had a hard time just trying to lead the dance.
